Dawn M. Campagnola is a registered
Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (IMF # 59135). She earned her first Master’s Degree in Psychological
Services at Kean University, in Union, NJ, before relocating to the Bay Area to earn her second Master’s Degree in Counseling
Psychology at The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. Dawn has worked with clients facing a variety
of issues, including but not limited to anxiety and stress, depression, grief and loss, sexual abuse, at-risk teens, gang
related violence and involvement, substance use and abuse. When working with clients, Dawn consistently provides compassionate
care in a non-judgmental environment.
Having been a yoga instructor for the past seven years,
Dawn brings her rich understanding of the body-mind connection as well as life experience and personal understanding to her
work with individuals, couples, and families. She is committed to providing a safe and hope-filled space for clients
to explore their experiences and move toward healing and transformation. Formally trained as a family systems therapist,
she offers an eclectic approach to her clients by combining psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic theories.
This blend is flavored with a specialization in creative expression and extensive meditation and mindfulness-based stress
reduction trainings.
