long history have adults taught in groups. Traditionally, yoga began with a student first admitting to themselves that they
needed help. Following the process of searching, choosing, and committing to a teacher- this process could be long or
short, depending on the students luck and ardor- student and teacher would meet regularly. Some students, like Krishnamacharya,
actually lived with their teacher. Over time, the student would reveal their limitations, strengths, needs and goals.
The teacher would study the students body, breath, behavior and beliefs, and create a daily practice. Taught in this
